Germany → Rheinhessen

Born in Germany in 1996 to Thai and German parents, Jan Wongse Raumland grew up among the vineyards of Siefersheim in Rheinhessen from the age of six. He entered wine through gastronomy, becoming a sommelier before beginning an apprenticeship at Emrich-Schönleber in the Nahe in 2016. There he met Felix Keller of the Klaus Peter Keller winery in 2017; from 2018 to 2020, the two attended oenology school while Jan continued his training at the Keller winery.

Maison Meyer

France → Bourgogne → Pommard

Maison Meyer is a micro-négociant founded in Pommard in 2020 by Hamburg-born Nikolas-Andre Meyer and his wife Svenja. After studying business administration and beginning his career in banking, Nikolas went on to study winemaking at Geisenheim University. He later gained experience at wineries in Burgundy and the United States, developing a broad understanding of both viticulture and winemaking.

Prophète Yann

France → Champagne → Côte des Bar

Based in the Côte des Bar, France, Prophète Yann is an exceptionally rare récoltant-manipulant producing only single-varietal, single-vintage Champagnes. His vineyards are farmed organically and planted with old vines of Chardonnay, dating from 1975, and Pinot Noir, planted in 1973. Of the roughly 40,000 kilograms of grapes harvested each year, only around 2,000 kilograms of the very finest bunches are reserved for his own Champagnes. The remainder is sold to larger houses, allowing Yann to pursue an uncompromising level of quality on a truly artisanal scale.

Marco Pezzuto

Marco Pezzuto is a new-generation winemaker who grew up in Roero, Piedmont. His aim is to create wines that reflect the complexity of their origins while remaining approachable—wines with an effortless sense of joy. Their character combines the brightness associated with Roero with an intelligence evident in every carefully considered detail.

Based in Bussolengo, near Verona, Dennis and Anna Borchia launched their wine project in January 2023 after more than a decade of research and preparation.

Lilia Maria Lani

Lilia Maria Lani is a producer originally from Piedmont, Italy. After building a career in Milan outside the wine industry, she followed an inner calling that led her to acquire vineyards in Tuscany and on Mount Etna, beginning a lifelong journey devoted to winemaking. For her, wine is far more than an agricultural product: it is a means of engaging with the land, entering into dialogue with time, and giving form to her own philosophy.

Lotti Sparsi by Borgogno Rivata

Italy → Piedmont → La Morra

Lotti Sparsi was born from the desire to interpret wine without cultural or geographical barriers. Its name literally means “scattered lots” in Italian, reflecting the project’s one-off wines born from encounters with different places and parcels. Together with artisan friends, Borgogno Rivata selects grapes from terroirs with strong potential and expresses them without following rulebooks or cultural preconceptions.

Ferma Fontassa

France → Northern Rhône → Ardèche

Ferma Fontassa is a new-generation domaine founded by Quentin Giraud in the Ardèche, close to the northern Rhône Valley. Quentin gained experience as a sommelier at La Pyramide, the celebrated restaurant in Vienne, and continues to work as a sommelier at the Michelin-starred La Boria in the Ardèche while developing his own winemaking project.
